Bishkek, March 26, 2026. /Kabar/. Chairman of the State Customs Service Almaz Saliyev summarized the results of the 53rd meeting of the Joint Board of Customs Services of the EAEU Member States.
According to him, 22 decisions were adopted following the meeting, which will be applied in the work of customs services and are aimed primarily at simplifying and making procedures more transparent, as well as supporting legitimate businesses.
"In particular, the decisions concern the exchange of information, the full supplementation of transit data, and the exchange of accompanying documents." A decision was made to exchange experience in the application of unified risks.
Experiences in monitoring temporarily imported vehicles were also reviewed. We agreed to mutually exchange experience in maintaining and updating information systems, as well as transitioning to a fully-fledged electronic declaration system," noted Saliev.
