Bishkek, Feb. 11, 2026 /Kabar/. As part of his working visit to Moscow, First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Daniyar Amangeldiyev participated in the first International Congress of public administration, organized by the Presidential Academy with the support of the Russian Government and the Presidential Administration.

The event was attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Chief of Staff of the Government of the Russian Federation Dmitry Grigorenko, First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Administration Sergei Kiriyenko, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, Rector of the Presidential Academy Alexei Komissarov, as well as representatives of government agencies and the expert community.

In his speech, Daniyar Amangeldiyev noted that, despite differences in scale and institutional models, the countries share a common understanding of the priorities of professional civil service, the need for strategic planning, digitalization, and a focus on concrete results.

He emphasized that Kyrgyzstan is consistently implementing best international practices in public administration, taking into account national circumstances, with a particular focus on openness and the development of public feedback mechanisms.

According to him, positive changes in the country's socio-economic development in recent years have become possible, in part, thanks to the improvement of the public administration system and the increased effectiveness of management decisions.

Daniyar Amangeldiev also held a bilateral meeting with Alexey Komissarov, Rector of the Presidential Academy, during which they discussed current and future cooperation in training and professional development for state and municipal employees, including the implementation of educational programs for senior and mid-level managers.
