Bishkek, July 8, 2026. /Kabar/. The results of the Knowledge Sharing Program (KSP) for 2025/2026, implemented jointly by Kyrgyzstan and the Korea Development Institute (KDI), were summarized in Bishkek.
According to the State Agency for Civil Service and Local Self-Government, the results of a joint study on improving and digitalizing the performance evaluation system for state and municipal employees were presented during the event.
The event was attended by Presidential Administration representative Sanjarbek Djumadylov, Agency Deputy Director Barchynai Sadyrova, Ambassador of Korea to Kyrgyzstan Kim Kwang-jae, as well as representatives of government agencies, local governments, and international organizations.
In their presentations, the participants emphasized the importance of modernizing the civil service, improving the human resources management system, and further developing Kyrgyz-Korean cooperation.
KDI experts, led by project manager Dong-Joo Choi, presented recommendations for improving the performance evaluation system for state and municipal employees, developing monitoring mechanisms, and implementing digital solutions in HR processes.
The agency's management expressed gratitude to the Korean side and the KDI research team for their analysis and practical recommendations.
It is noted that the implementation of the project's proposals will contribute to improving the objectivity of performance assessments of state and municipal employees, the effectiveness of human resources management, and the quality of public services provided.
