Bishkek, June 3,02026. /Kabar/. The Ministry of Transport and Communications has achieved record figures in the development of the country's road infrastructure.
According to the department, as of June this year, the volume of asphalt paving work increased by 3.2 times compared to last year.
The dynamics of construction work can be seen from the following indicators:
- As of June 2025: a total of 94.3 kilometers of roads were paved with asphalt across the country.
- As of June 2026: this figure reached 301.9 kilometers.
The Ministry of Transport currently continues to closely monitor the quality and progress of road construction work in the country.
"Activities in this direction are aimed at increasing the logistics potential of Kyrgyzstan and creating favorable conditions for the population," the report says.
