Bishkek, April 22, 2026. /Kabar/. Health Minister Damir Osmonov visited the administrative premises of the State Enterprise Kyrgyzpharmacy.

According to the Ministry of Health, during the visit, the head of the department focused on improving the centralized procurement system, storage, and supply of medicines and medical devices for healthcare organizations across the country. Osmonov emphasized that the development of effective and sustainable drug supply system is a key focus of state healthcare policy.

According to him, strengthening the organizational framework of Kyrgyzpharmacy will improve the transparency of processes and ensure an uninterrupted supply of essential medications and medical products to medical institutions.

The company's director, Akylbek Turatbek uulu, presented the main priorities for future work, including improving the efficiency of procurement procedures, developing logistics, and improving planning mechanisms. The meeting focused on modernizing warehouse infrastructure, implementing modern storage and transportation standards, and ensuring the timely supply of medications and medical products to regions.

The ministry noted that efforts to improve the efficiency of state drug supply mechanisms and strengthen the capacity of relevant organizations will continue.
