Bishkek, March 4, 2025. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan intend to increase trade turnover between the countries to 500 million US dollars by 2030. This became known during a meeting between Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers - Head of the Presidential Administration of Kyrgyzstan Adylbek Kasymaliev and Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan Kokhir Rasulzoda.
During the constructive dialogue, the parties discussed in detail a wide range of topical issues of bilateral cooperation, paying special attention to the prospects for the development of trade and economic ties.
The Kyrgyz side confirmed its readiness to act as an effective link for the supply of Tajik products to the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) market and expressed interest in studying Tajik experience in the field of processing agricultural products.
