The volume of external and mutual trade of Kyrgyzstan in goods in January-December 2024 amounted to $16 billion and increased by 0.9% compared to January-December 2023, Nazira Kerimalieva, First Deputy Chairman of the country’s National Statistics Committee said at a briefing.
According to her data, export deliveries increased by 13.1%, while import receipts, on the contrary, decreased by 2.4%.
She added that the volume of mutual trade with the EAEU member states in January-December 2024 amounted to almost $5.0 billion and increased by 8.5% compared to January-December 2023.
The largest share of mutual trade between the republics during this period was with Russia - 71.2% and Kazakhstan - 26.8%.
