Bishkek, June 26, 2026. /Kabar/. Deputy Minister of Health Bakytbek Kadyraliev is participating in the "Silk Road" health forum being held in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region of China.
As reported by the department, Kadyraliev made a report as part of the forum and spoke about medical reforms in the country.
"Kyrgyzstan is developing a unified patient referral system," he said.
Ministry of Health views the development of international partnerships as an important area for strengthening the national healthcare system, improving the quality of medical care, and implementing advanced medical practices.
Deputy minister also visited leading medical institutions in Xinjiang for genetics, infectious diseases and the simulation center. They discussed expanding partnerships in public health, scientific research and the exchange of experience of medical specialists.
Round table discussed the launch of the "China-Central Asia" unified central drug platform.
At the end of the visit, important meetings were held with the leadership of the Xinjiang Party Committee and government to strengthen relations.
