Bishkek, April 2, 2026. /Kabar/. Market regulates housing prices not by state. The Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services told Kabar.
According to the agency, average prices in Bishkek are $1,400–$1,800 per square meter, or approximately 95,000–110,000 soms in soms, with some new buildings reaching up to $1,600 per square meter.
In the regions, average prices range from $450 to $900 per square meter, or approximately 40,000–80,000 soms.
The rise in prices is due to increased demand for housing, rising prosperity, high land prices, a shortage of skilled labor, and rising prices of construction materials, particularly imported ones.
