Bishkek, Dec. 18, 2025 /Kabar/. On December 17, 2025, Bishkek Mayor Aibek Dzhunushaliev conducted a tour of the capital's key infrastructure facilities for delegates of the 4th People's Kurultai, the mayor's press service reports.
The first stop on the tour was Zhashtyk Sports Arena. The delegates were shown the facility's infrastructure, including the turnstile system, flooring, food court, and other facilities. They were also introduced to the arena's functionality and the conditions created for hosting sporting and mass events.
The delegation then visited Depot No. 2, where the city's updated public transportation infrastructure was presented. Participants were shown electric buses and given a tour of the depot grounds.
The next stop on the tour was the Alga Stadium. The delegates were shown the results of the construction work. The mayor noted that during the construction of the facility, priority was given to quality workmanship and architectural and aesthetic appearance that meets modern standards.
The tour concluded with visit to the waste processing plant. Delegates were shown the facility's production facilities and learned about the processes of collecting, sorting, and managing solid municipal waste.
Following the tour, a question-and-answer session was held, during which delegates of the 4th People's Kurultai received clarifications on housing and utilities, transportation, land amnesty, the draft general plan for Bishkek until 2050, and other topics.
