Bishkek, Dec. 3, 2025. /Kabar/. First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Daniyar Amangeldiev introduced Amankan Kenjebaev, the new Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Osh Region, to the staff of the Osh oblast.
According to the Plenipotentiary Envoy, the event was attended by Osh mayor, members of the Plenipotentiary Envoy's staff, district heads, heads of regional institutions and enterprises, and aksakals (elders).
In his speech, Daniyar Amangeldiev noted the important role of the Plenipotentiary Envoy in the effective implementation of state policy in the regions, emphasizing the need for close cooperation with the public and the precise implementation of the President's instructions. He noted that Amankan Kenjebaev has the necessary experience and wished him success in his new position.
The meeting also included an official farewell ceremony for Elchibek Dzhantaev, the former head of the Osh oblast. Dzhantaev was highly praised for his coordination of government agencies, regular visits to districts, close interaction with the public, and special attention to addressing social and infrastructure issues.
Furthermore, Elchibek Dzhantaev was awarded the title of "Honorary Citizen of the Osh region."
