Bishkek, Nov. 3, 2025. /Kabar/. The Central Election Commission has adopted a resolution accrediting 54 international observers for the early parliamentary elections to be held on November 30, 2025.
According to the CEC press service, the accredited observers include representatives of electoral bodies and international organizations, as well as diplomats from several countries.
Specifically, representatives of the following have been accredited as observers:
- Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan,
- Supreme Electoral Council of the Republic of Turkey,
- Central Election Commission of the Republic of Moldova,
- Central Election Commission of Georgia,
- Central Election Commission of the Republic of Armenia,
- Electoral Commission of the Republic of Maldives,
- Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina,
- Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan,
- Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in Astana,
- Embassy of the French Republic in the Kyrgyz Republic,
- Delegation of the European Union to the Kyrgyz Republic,
- Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of the Commonwealth of Independent States,
- Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE)
- Public Chamber of the Russian Federation.
A total of 54 international observers have been accredited following today's CEC meeting.
Thus, as of November 2, 2025, the total number of accredited international observers is 127 people.
