Bishkek, March 31, 2025. /Kabar /. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov and President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon today, March 31, took part in the signing ceremony of the Protocol on the exchange of instruments of ratification in Khujand, the press service of the head of state reported.
The heads of state expressed confidence that this agreement will become a solid foundation for comprehensive cooperation between the two countries and serve as an example of political maturity, brotherhood and historical responsibility for future generations.
The ratification instruments legally enshrine the Treaty on the State Border between the two countries and create the necessary conditions for the complete demarcation of the border, the modernization of border infrastructure and the strengthening of good-neighborliness in the border areas.
