Bishkek, Nov. 28, 2025. /Kabar/. Bishkek Mayor's office held meeting of the headquarters for the early parliamentary elections. The meeting was chaired by Bishkek Mayor Aibek Dzhunushaliev and included representatives of law enforcement agencies and city services.
The heads of the capital's four administrative districts reported on the readiness of their precinct election commissions and the organizational work completed at their local level.
Aibek Dzhunushaliev emphasized the importance of strict compliance with the law during election campaigns, reminding everyone of their personal responsibility. He also announced that the head of Local Transport Department No. 203 had been temporarily suspended from his post pending an internal investigation for violating election laws. The mayor also tasked law enforcement officials with ensuring public order on election day.
Following the meeting, district akims and heads of city services were instructed to resolve all organizational and technical issues, including ensuring uninterrupted power supply to all precinct election commissions and overseeing stable internet connections.
