Bishkek, Sept. 9, 2026 /Kabar/. The AIM Congress 2026 investment forum took place in Dubai from September 7 to 9; the Tamchy Special Financial and Investment Zone (SFIZ) participated as a partner and presented its project to government and business circles from the Persian Gulf states.

According to the Ministry of Economy and Commerce, the delegation from Kyrgyzstan was led by Ayaz Bayetov, Chairman of the Management Board of the Tamchy SFIZ.

The forum included a series of meetings with representatives from UAE government agencies, international financial centers, and major corporations.

Key areas of focus included:

developing trade, economic, and investment cooperation;

cooperation within the "Central Asia – GCC" (Gulf Cooperation Council) framework;

establishing ties with financial centers in the Persian Gulf;

attracting international companies to projects in Kyrgyzstan and Central Asia.

Information was also presented regarding the legal and institutional model of the Tamchy SFIZ, including the application of English common law principles, independent regulation and judicial systems, digital governance, and a special tax regime.

More than 15,000 representatives from over 100 countries participated in the AIM Congress 2026 forum.
