Bishkek, April 1, 2025. /Kabar /. Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers - Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry of Kyrgyzstan Bakyt Torobaev visited the trade and logistics center for storing fruits and vegetables in the city of Kadamzhai, Batken region.
According to the Ministry of Agriculture, the project is financed within the framework of the Batken Region Development Program for 2021-2035.
The purpose of the construction of the center is to create conditions for the storage and processing of agricultural products, which will allow local farmers to reduce crop losses, stabilize prices and increase income.
The capacity of the facility will be 500 tons, which ensures the storage of products in optimal conditions and increase the competitiveness of local producers in the market.
The construction of the trade and logistics center has been completed, it has been put into operation, 12 jobs have been created.
