Bishkek, March 6, 2026 /Kabar/. On March 5, a gala awards ceremony for the winners and runners-up of the national "Woman Changing the World" competition was held in Osh, marking International Women's Day on March 8.
According to the city administration, the event was attended by Deputy Mayor of Osh city Masuda Aidarbekova, the leadership of the Russian Consulate General in Osh, the Russian House in Osh, women from all sectors, and local residents.
During the program, the winners and runners-up of the national competition were awarded diplomas and letters of thanks, as well as certificates for books and educational materials.
The project aims to recognize the outstanding achievements of women in various fields: science, medicine, culture, community service, and municipal services.
