Bishkek, Sept. 24, 2025. /Kabar/. "Kyrgyzstan is ready to share its experience in resolving complex issues with the international community," Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov said on September 23, speaking at the General Debate of the 80th session of the UN General Assembly in New York.

President Zhaparov emphasized that for sustainable development and regional integration, Central Asian countries need equal dialogue and active interaction. He added that despite complex historical and geographical conditions, Kyrgyzstan has peacefully resolved its border issues with neighboring countries, particularly Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.

Sadyr Zhaparov emphasized that this process was accompanied by lengthy high-level negotiations, including expert discussions, and was resolved with respect for the interests of all parties. "I can confidently say that today the borders between Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan are borders of friendship, trade, and cooperation," he noted with satisfaction.

The head of state emphasized that this experience confirms that peace is possible where there is political will, respect, and dialogue, which have enabled us to resolve all existing contradictions and embark on the path of creation and development. "Kyrgyzstan is ready to share its experience in resolving complex issues with the international community," he noted.

The president proposed using more than $3 trillion spent annually on weapons worldwide to improve people's lives, end hunger, protect our environment, and clean the air.

"After all, there are no borders for breathing air. We all breathe the same air," he emphasized.

President Sadyr Zhaparov proposed living not in a race for who has the most powerful weapons, but in a competition for which country has the cleanest nature and air.
