Bishkek, May 14, 2026. /Kabar/. As part of digitalization, the Kyrgyz Ministry of Justice has implemented modern technological solutions and developed the Jardam.kg portal, which citizens can use from their homes.
Akzhol Kalybekov, Chairman of the Legal Aid Service, told the Kabar news agency that the portal offers ready-made answers and document templates on the most common topics, from alimony collection, property division, and benefit processing to labor disputes, land issues, and rules for interacting with law enforcement agencies. The service is powered by artificial intelligence and is available in Kyrgyz and Russian. If the user cannot find the information they need in the database, their request is redirected to a specially trained GPT chat integrated into the portal.
"The key feature of our system is that it is connected to an up-to-date database of legal acts. Artificial intelligence generates responses strictly based on the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic. Furthermore, there is a direct connection with lawyers: citizens can call the numbers provided and receive a consultation directly," explained Akzhol Kalybekov.

The portal was launched in early 2025 and marked an important step in the digitalization of legal assistance.
