As reported by the company, as a result, 8 investment lots in the territory of the Jyrgalan resort were sold. In total, 39 lots found their owners.
"Investors have been offered plots of land for the construction of hotels, apartments, restaurants and tourist engineering infrastructure. The sale of the lots will allow attracting additional investments to the resort and the construction of new tourist facilities," the report says.
Also, the construction of the main infrastructure of the future resort is currently underway. Water supply and wastewater treatment systems are currently being built, and energy infrastructure and cable cars are being developed.
As noted, today two cable cars with a total length of more than 4 kilometers are ready for operation. Currently, construction of four additional cable cars has begun.
In addition, work is underway to design the first ski slopes of the future resort.
The opening of first stage of Ala-Too Resort is scheduled for December 2026.
