According to the Ministry of Labor of the Kyrgyz Republic, approximately 100 state, municipal, and private organizations will participate. Job seekers will be offered over 5,000 positions. The selection covers key sectors of the economy, from manufacturing and transportation to finance, communications, and services.
The event program also includes direct interviews with employers, career counseling, assistance in preparing a professional resume, as well as presentations on the state of the labor market and available internship programs.
Special career guidance zone will be organized for schoolchildren, featuring interactive testing and quizzes to help them determine their aptitude for their future profession.
Employment service specialists will also provide consultations on free training and retraining, while representatives from the labor inspectorate and the employment center abroad will answer visitors' questions.
According to the agency, the main goal of the event is to facilitate the employment of Kyrgyz citizens, strengthen the connection between the education system and the labor market, and inform the public about current job openings and current employment trends.
