Bishkek, June 22, 2026. /Kabar/. On June 21, a festive event dedicated to the 12th International Yoga Day was held in front of the monument to Kurmanjan Datka in Bishkek.

As Bishkek City Hall reports, as part of the program, a yoga instructor demonstrated a set of exercises, and everyone who wished had the opportunity to participate.

The event brought together representatives of yoga studios, public organizations and city residents interested in improving their health and spiritual development.

The event was organized by the Embassy of India in Kyrgyzstan and the Bishkek City Hall.

Yoga is an ancient Indian practice that symbolizes the unity of body, mind, and spirit. It promotes health and holistic development of the individual, and is widely practiced around the world.
