Bishkek, June 18, 2026 /Kabar/. Farkhat Iminov, head of the National Agency on virtual assets and blockchain technologies under Kyrgyz president, met with Tran Anh Tuan, founder of the Vietnamese company ROX Group. The parties discussed prospects for cooperation in investment, innovative technologies, and the development of the virtual asset market.
According to the agency, during the meeting, Farkhat Iminov spoke about the activities of agency, which was created to regulate the virtual asset market and develop blockchain technologies in Kyrgyzstan. According to him, the agency's key objectives include creating favorable conditions for the development of the industry, attracting investment, introducing innovation, and expanding international cooperation.
The founder of ROX Group noted that the current legislative framework in Kyrgyzstan facilitates the development of the virtual asset market and is of interest to other countries, including Vietnam. He stated that the country's experience could be useful in developing a similar market in Vietnam.
Tran Anh Tuan also reported on the company's investment projects in Kyrgyzstan. ROX Group is currently involved in renewable energy and housing construction projects.
Following the meeting, the agency head expressed confidence that the company's investments in the renewable energy sector will contribute to strengthening the country's energy potential. Furthermore, the parties noted prospects for technological cooperation, including in the field of real world assets (RWA).
