Bishkek, May 12, 2026. /Kabar/. Head of the National Investment Agency, Ravshanbek Sabirov, met with representatives of the world-famous Chinese company China Construction Third Engineering Bureau (CCTEB).
According to the agency, the main purpose of the meeting was to raise investment cooperation between the two countries to a new level and discuss the possibilities of implementing infrastructure projects of strategic importance in Kyrgyzstan.
Ravshanbek Sabirov emphasized that Kyrgyzstan attaches great importance to strengthening its strategic partnership with China and expressed its interest in attracting investors in the following areas:
- construction of new roads and bridges;
- renewable energy sources and hydroelectric power plants;
- creation of modern logistics centers.
"We are ready to implement large-scale projects that will contribute to the country's economy together with large companies with international experience," the head of the agency said.
In turn, CCTEB representatives announced their intention to expand their activities in Kyrgyzstan. They confirmed their readiness to participate in projects, in particular, in the development of transport corridors and the construction of large infrastructure facilities.
As a result of the meeting, the parties agreed to continue close dialogue and jointly develop specific steps for cooperation.
