According to her, cybercriminals don't deceive people immediately, but gain their trust over a long period of time.

"In some cases, they call for a week or even a month, demanding that they not tell anyone about them. Unfortunately, people stop trusting even their family and don't tell them anything. As a result, they sell their property, take loans, and transfer money to the scammers," she said.

Nazarkulova noted that according to research conducted in Russia, only one out of 100 people called by scammers is deceived.

"99 people don't believe such actions and don't fall for the scam. However, even if just one person is deceived, they can suffer enormous financial losses," she added.
