On May 28, Minister of Labor, Social Security, and Migration of Kyrgyzstan Kanat Sagynbaev delivered a report, "Digital Employee Profile: Experience and Qualifications Without Borders," as part of the thematic session "Development of the EAEU Labor Market Using Digital Tools," held at 5th Eurasian Economic Forum in Astana.
In his speech, the minister noted the importance of digital transformation for the further development of the Eurasian Economic Union's common labor market, emphasizing the creation of a digital employee profile as a unified system that integrates information on citizens' work experience, qualifications, and professional competencies.
Kanat Sagynbaev also briefed forum participants on the measures being implemented in Kyrgyzstan to digitalize the social sphere and labor market, including the introduction of a unified employment information system, electronic employment contracts, and electronic workbooks, as well as the development of the Tunduk interdepartmental interaction system.
In conclusion, the minister confirmed Kyrgyzstan's readiness for further cooperation with EAEU member states on the development of digital tools in employment and labor mobility.
