Bishkek, May 14, 2026. /Kabar/. Kyrgyz citizens can access government services from anywhere in the world via the "E-notariat" mobile app. Kyrgyz Deputy Minister of Justice Kuban Kazakov announced during the "Open Cabinet" project.
According to him, this service allows Kyrgyz citizens to receive legal services remotely via video call, logging in through the Unified Identification System (UIS) and the state-run "Tunduk" platform.
Citizens can obtain the following online:
- Parental consent for a child to travel abroad, obtain a passport, or obtain citizenship;
- Consent for the registration of citizens;
- Powers of attorney for the State Transport Agency and for customs clearance (without the right to alienate property).
"The launch of this platform has completely eliminated corruption schemes such as backdating documents or registering transactions in the names of fictitious individuals. Now, to ensure maximum security, the most important procedures, including real estate transactions and the execution of wills, are accompanied by mandatory photo and video recording," the deputy minister said.
Currently, citizens can remotely perform seven types of notarial acts through the mobile app, but the Ministry of Justice plans to expand this list to 20 available online services by the end of the year.
The system operatesl since February 1, 2024, and has already performed over 5 million notarial acts.
