Bishkek, April 3, 2026. /Kabar/. Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development (EFSD) Board of Governors names new Managing Director Yaroslav Mandron.
In his new role, Yaroslav Mandron will focus on developing the EFSD as a leading international institution in the Eurasian region, promoting macroeconomic stability and creating conditions for sustainable development in the Fund's member states.
Prior to his appointment to the EFSD, Yaroslav Mandron served as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB). Previously, he held senior positions at Russian Post and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, where he oversaw strategic planning and infrastructure reforms.
It is noted that this post was previously held by Andrey Shirokov.
