Bishkek, June 10, 2026. /Kabar/. Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers - Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry Erlist Akunbekov met with the Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Kyrgyzstan Latif Seyfaddin oglu Gandilov.
As reported by the department, at the meeting the parties discussed the current state and future directions of Kyrgyz-Azerbaijani cooperation.
Particular attention was paid to trade and economic ties, investment projects, and interaction in the fields of agricultural and humanitarian cooperation:
Erlist Akunbekov emphasized that the partnership between the two countries is developing steadily on the basis of a trusting political dialogue at the level of heads of state.
During the meeting, the parties reviewed the implementation of previously reached agreements and expressed their readiness to further strengthen bilateral partnership and implement joint initiatives of mutual interest.
