Bishkek, April 6, 2026. /Kabar/. Deputy Head of the National Investment Agency under the President Meerimbek Koichumanov met with delegation from Germany.
According to the agency, the delegation included Sam Azimi, head of Lenus Health GmbH, heads of the German Global Trade Forum Berlin and China Forum Berlin organizations, as well as representatives of the MedPharm Consulting company.
During the meeting, promising areas of cooperation in the field of pharmaceuticals, medical devices and biologically active compounds, as well as the possibilities of implementing investment projects using the mechanisms of free economic zones and public-private partnerships, were discussed.
As noted, Kyrgyzstan is a convenient platform for entering the market of the Eurasian Economic Union, taking into account the Single Customs Space and the common market for medical products and pharmaceuticals.
German side was informed on existing instruments of investor support, including mechanisms for implementing projects based on the principles of public-private partnership, their advantages and practical application were explained.
As result, the parties expressed their interest in developing further cooperation and implementing joint projects, and also expressed their intention to participate in the next Kyrgyz-German business forum in order to expand business ties and promote joint initiatives.
