Bishkek, Nov. 26, 2025. /Kabar/. Russian President Vladimir Putin's state visit to Kyrgyzstan was held at a high level, Kyrgyz Foreign Minister Jeenbek Kulubaev told reporters.
He said that nine documents were signed following the bilateral meetings.
"The documents cover the areas of economics, humanitarian cooperation, law and order, military cooperation, and other areas. In addition, a declaration was signed between the two countries. This demonstrates the high level of cooperation between the countries. Contacts between the two countries will continue to expand. The main thing is that we will continue to strengthen our strategic partnership and bilateral relations. We plan to expand trade and economic ties, attract joint investment, and provide mutual support within the CIS, CSTO, EAEU, UN, and other international organizations. The prospects for further ties and cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Russia will only grow," he noted.
Kulubaev added that issues related to improving living conditions for migrant workers were also raised during the talks.
"Measures to reduce registration requirements for migrants, as well as the removal of citizens from the monitoring register, were discussed. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Internal Affairs have received relevant instructions. We will continue to actively work on this," the minister emphasized.
