On February 26, 2026, as part of his visit to the United Kingdom, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Jeenbek Kulubaev visited the London Stock Exchange. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the event marked the opening of the session of one of the oldest and largest global securities trading platforms.
Kyrgyz Republic and the London Stock Exchange have a productive history of cooperation on the issuance of sovereign Eurobonds.
Following the event, Kulubaev signed the exchange's distinguished guests' book.
