Bishkek, June 8, 2026. /Kabar/. This year, the budget of the Ministry of Labor, Social Security, and Migration amounted to 23.2 billion soms. The majority of these funds, namely 82%, will be used for benefit payments. Minister of Labor, Social Security, and Migration informs.

According to him, in recent years, thanks to the direct support of the president and the cabinet of ministers, the budget allocated to the social sector has demonstrated dynamic growth.

"We're currently conducting a targeted audit of recipients of the 'Uy-bulogo komok' benefit, which is paid to children from low-income families in need. Previously, the guaranteed minimum income per family member was 1,000 soms, but we've raised it to 1,500 soms. Accordingly, our coverage of families from vulnerable groups has expanded," Sagynbaev stated.
