According to the department, the improvement in debt collection indicators was achieved as a result of systematic work with tax debts and increased analytical work.
In addition, tax debts of 97 thousand 169 entities were written off. Also, the introduction of digital tools and online services, such as online payment of taxes and insurance contributions, integration of the tax information system with databases of other state bodies, online reporting through the taxpayer's cabinet, and system for sending SMS notifications to citizens about the existence of tax debts, also made a significant contribution.
