Bishkek, Dec. 29, 2025. /Kabar/. State Tax Service Chairman Almambet Shykmamatov summarized the agency's performance for 2025 at staff meeting.
According to the agency's press service, opening the meeting, the head of the State Tax Service congratulated the staff on the upcoming 2026 and noted that the outgoing year had been successful in achieving its objectives.
According to him, the 2025 tax and insurance premium plan was set at 343 billion soms, while actual revenues reached 389 billion soms. Thus, the plan was fulfilled by 113.6%, with excess of 46.5 billion soms.
Compared to the previous year, revenues increased by 87.5 billion soms, a growth rate of 28.9%. These figures represent a historic high for the tax service.
"The overall tax target was 268 billion soms. With two to three days remaining, we forecast we'll reach 307-308 billion soms. This is approximately 40 billion soms more than the approved target and almost 79 billion soms more than last year," noted Almambet Shykmamatov.
