Bishkek, Oct. 30, 2025. /Kabar/. State Tax Service reminds of the list expansion of types of non-profit organizations required to submit summary information on income and expenses to the tax authorities.
According to the agency, political parties, trade unions, religious organizations, and cooperatives are required to submit summary information on the sources of funding, directions of expenditure, as well as acquired, used, and alienated property.
The information must be submitted to the State Tax Service annually by April 1st electronically through the Taxpayer's Account.
It should be noted that the changes were made as part of the implementation of the decision of the Constitutional Court of the Kyrgyz Republic on the need to adhere to a uniform approach and legal regime for the requirement of financial reporting for all types of public associations.
Previously, only public associations, foundations, institutions, and associations of legal entities operating using monetary and material resources provided free of charge, whose activities are regulated by the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic on Non-profit organizations, were required to submit this information.
