Bishkek, June 2, 2026 /Kabar/. The state-owned enterprise Kyrgyzpharmacy has begun preparing a project to build its own pharmaceutical logistics complex, which will comply with international standards of Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
According to the company, with the support of the presidential administration and the assistance of the State Agency for State Property Management, land plot has already been allocated for the construction of modern warehouse complex.
To date, specialists have developed the technical specifications, prepared a preliminary design, and completed the initial boundary survey. The company will begin the next stages of design and construction work after completing the legally required land transformation procedure.
The launch of the new logistics complex is expected to ensure proper storage conditions for medicines and medical devices, including maintaining the required temperature conditions. Furthermore, modern inventory management systems are planned for the facility.
Kyrgyzpharmacy notes that the project's implementation will improve the reliability and uninterrupted supply of medicines and medical devices to healthcare organizations across the country.
