Bishkek, May 19, 2026. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan is attracting construction business from Novosibirsk, National Investment Agency reports.
According to the agency, Ravshanbek Sabirov, agency director met with Mais Mamedov, Deputy Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Novosibirsk region and CEO of the First Construction Fund group of companies.
During the talks, the parties discussed prospects for cooperation in housing and infrastructure construction, localization of construction materials production, and the possibility of organizing joint business forum.
"Kyrgyzstan is currently interested in attracting reliable and long-term partners willing to participate in large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. We see great potential for cooperation with the Novosibirsk region business community and are ready to create the most favorable conditions for investors," said Ravshanbek Sabirov.
During the meeting, the Russian side was provided with information on current investment laws in Kyrgyzstan, business protection measures, the one-stop shop mechanism, and tax and visa incentives available to investors.
Following the meeting, the parties expressed their interest in further strengthening their partnership and agreed to develop joint investment and construction initiatives.
