Bishkek, June 3, 2026 /Kabar/. From January to May 2026, the total volume of quarantine plant products exported from Kyrgyzstan amounted to 18,882.37 tons, according to the Ministry of Agriculture.
The fruits accounted for the majority of exports, 12,700.39 tons. In addition, 5,358.02 tons of berries, as well as 823.96 tons of citrus and tropical fruits, were shipped abroad.
Russia was the main importer of Kyrgyz products. 10,712.78 tons of products were exported to this country, accounting for almost 57% of the total export volume.
Kazakhstan was the second-largest importer, receiving 7,375.82 tons of products. This country's share of total exports amounted to approximately 39%.
1,790.90 tons of products were exported to Uzbekistan, 34.8 tons to Tajikistan, and 0.2 tons to Qatar.
Main export products
Apples accounted for the largest export volume. Over the five months, 8,331.88 tons of this product were exported. Then comes:

Tangerines — 647.1 tons
