Bishkek, July 10, 2026. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan launches project to develop clean energy. It includes the creation of a modern laboratory, a smart classroom with elements of artificial intelligence, and the training of specialists in renewable energy sources and hydrogen technologies, Doctor of Natural Sciences Maksatbek Anarbaev told at the press conference at in Kabar.

According to him, the project includes four key areas: clean energy, energy storage technologies, hydrogen energy, and smart energy systems.

"The main components of the project are education, training, and scientific research." "The project will include scientific experiments and laboratory testing," Anarbaev noted.

He stated that the educational component of the project will be implemented by the Polytechnic College of the International University of Kyrgyzstan, while the National Academy of Sciences of Kyrgyzstan will provide scientific support.

One of the key stages will be the opening of a clean energy laboratory and a modern smart classroom. According to the scientist, the classroom will be equipped with advanced digital technologies and artificial intelligence tools.

"The smart classroom will include a mini-studio that will allow us to create and save lectures in different languages. We will also be able to receive lecture materials from Chinese partners on areas such as green economics and hydrogen energy," he said.

Furthermore, students will be able to conduct laboratory research, practical experiments, and undertake internships at the college.

Anarbaev noted that projects in renewable energy, engineering, and programming are currently being implemented jointly with Chinese partners. In particular, collaboration is underway with Shihezi University on the "Lu Ban Workshop" project, which will train specialists in the operation and repair of electric vehicles.

As part of this collaboration, seven students have already been sent for internships at Xi'an Jiaotong University.

According to the scientist, the collaboration with the Chinese university also includes training instructors for new educational programs, including electric vehicle repair. This will ultimately lead to the opening of certified service centers for electric vehicles.
