Bishkek, May 29, 2029. /Kabar/. Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev took part in a ceremony dedicated to the 34th anniversary of the Armed Forces of Kyrgyz Republic.
According to the Cabinet of Ministers' press service, during the event, Adylbek Kasymaliev congratulated service members, veterans of the Armed Forces, and all those present on this memorable occasion, noting the significant role of the national army in ensuring the independence, territorial integrity, and security of the state.
In his speech, he emphasized that the creation of Armed Forces of was a crucial stage in the development of an independent state. It was noted that, despite the difficult path of army formation, the Armed Forces have maintained the continuity of glorious traditions and consistently strengthened their potential.
Thanks to the country's sustainable economic development and the support of the state leadership, large-scale measures have been implemented to equip the Armed Forces with modern weaponry, aircraft, air defense systems, automobiles and armored vehicles, as well as communications and logistics equipment.
Adylbek Kasymaliev emphasized that, along with strengthening defense potential, the state prioritizes the social security of military personnel. New residential buildings, military camps, and barracks are being built across the country, creating the necessary conditions for service and improving the quality of life of military personnel and their families.
In his speech, he also noted the growing prestige of military service among young people, emphasizing that more and more young citizens are seeking to serve in the military.
The chairman noted that Kyrgyzstan adheres to a peaceful foreign policy and is developing good-neighborly relations and international cooperation, including within the CIS, CSTO, SCO, and other international organizations. In this regard, the importance of joint international military exercises and strengthening regional security was emphasized.
Concluding his speech, Adylbek Kasymaliev expressed confidence in the ability of the Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic to reliably ensure the country's security and protect the state's national interests.
