Kyrgyzstan opens doors to Pakistani capital

Bishkek, June 30, 2026. /Kabar/. Head of the National Investment Agency of Kyrgyzstan Ravshanbek Sabirov met with Honorary Consul of Kyrgyzstan in Lahore, Pakistan.

According to the agency’s information, at the meeting, the parties discussed promising areas of investment, trade, and economic cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Pakistan. The Pakistani side learned about Kyrgyzstan's investment opportunities, priority sectors, and government support measures available to investors.

Ravshanbek Sabirov noted the importance of expanding cooperation with Pakistan and attracting new investment partners.

"Kyrgyzstan is interested in developing mutually beneficial cooperation with foreign partners and creating favorable conditions for the implementation of joint projects. We are ready to offer investors promising areas, provide appropriate support, and establish a direct dialogue between the business communities of the two countries," he noted.

Furthermore, the meeting discussed the possibility of implementing joint projects in tourism, the halal industry, meat processing and production, digital banking, and other promising areas.

The parties noted the importance of further strengthening business ties, exchanging information, and continuing constructive interaction to implement joint initiatives.

Following the meeting, they expressed interest in expanding investment cooperation between the two countries in developing new projects.
