According to the relevant ministry, the event was timed to coincide with the 20th anniversary of the bank's founding and was a continuation of the EDB's annual meeting.

In his speech, Bakyt Sydykov noted that Kyrgyzstan is entering the "Eurasia 2030+" agenda with strong macroeconomic indicators. Specifically, the country's average annual GDP growth was 9.2% from 2021 to 2025, and the economy demonstrated growth of 12.2% in January-May 2026.

The minister emphasized that the National Development Program of the Kyrgyz Republic until 2030 envisages stable economic growth of at least 8% annually. "Our main goal is to maintain the current development pace and ensure sustainable economic growth of at least 8% annually until 2030," he stated.

Key areas identified included industrialization, the development of Kyrgyzstan as a regional trade, logistics, and transit hub, accelerated development of agriculture and tourism, and unlocking the potential of green energy.

In conclusion, the minister expressed confidence that the integration of national development programs, EAEU integration mechanisms, and the EDB's investment opportunities will ensure high-quality economic growth in the Eurasian region until 2030 and beyond.
