Bishkek, June 3, 2026. /Kabar/. Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry held working meeting on the digitalization of the country's agricultural sector.
As reported by the department, the meeting, chaired by First Deputy Minister Ilich Marsbek uulu, discussed the issue of integrating information systems in agriculture.
As part of the meeting, they introduced the "Passport" and Idyikan digital platforms created by the "AgroSmart" institution for farmers and producers.
The Agency for Land Resources and Cadastre presented the "AGROMAP" automated information system, which is aimed at analyzing, monitoring and making management decisions in the agricultural sector.
The meeting focused on the need to create a single digital system for land resources and pastures.
As Ilich Marsbek uulu noted, integrating data on land and pasture areas into a single database will ensure transparency in the agricultural sector and increase the efficiency of state administration.
As a result, the responsible departments were instructed to develop a detailed plan for the development of the proposed digital systems and successfully integrate them with other state databases.
