Bishkek, June 8, 2026. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan will improve the system of selecting personnel for civil service.
According to State Agency for civil service and local self-government, the director of the agency Elchibek Zhantaev and the permanent representative of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in Kyrgyzstan, Nishigata Kotaro, signed a protocol on the implementation of a project to strengthen the system of selecting personnel for civil service.

The project is aimed at improving the system of selecting personnel for the civil service, modernizing computer testing, and improving the mechanisms for assessing candidates' abilities to apply laws in practice.
The parties noted that this cooperation will contribute to increasing the efficiency of the civil service and developing a professional personnel selection system.
