Bishkek, June 23, 2026 /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan's financial system demonstrated stability, strong growth, and large-scale digital transformation at the end of 2025.

According to the National Bank, despite external economic challenges and inflationary pressures throughout the region, prudent monetary policy has kept inflation in the country within single digits. Thus, core inflation was 6.6%, annual inflation in December was recorded at 9.4%, and the average annual inflation remained at 8.2%.

The growth of international reserves has been a key factor in strengthening Kyrgyzstan's macroeconomic stability. The country's gross international reserves reached a historic high of USD 8.6 billion. Compared to the 2024 level, this is an increase of over 69%.
