Bishkek, April 28, 2026. /Kabar/. The volume of international reserves of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic has exceeded $9 billion, Azat Kozubekov, Deputy Chairman of the National Bank informs.
According to him, as of April 22, reserves had increased by 4.7%, or $404.4 million, since the beginning of the year, indicating that they remain at high level.
Kozubekov noted that the measures taken by the National Bank are aimed at curbing excessive price increases in the country, taking into account the external economic conditions affecting the Kyrgyz economy.
