"Our airport is already capable of handling any type of aircraft in the world. We are constantly developing and investing. By the time European flights open, the infrastructure will be fully ready. We are also actively implementing new technologies, artificial intelligence, automation, and digitalization to keep up with neighboring countries.
Furthermore, for the first time in the history of the region, we are introducing automated baggage handling system. "I can firmly say that none of our neighbors have such a system. This is expensive equipment that automatically sorts all passengers' baggage," Samidinov said.
