However, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Kyrgyz Republic issues an important warning to vehicle owners: traffic on the road will be temporary and subject to schedule restrictions. Traffic is permitted only during daylight hours from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
The agency urges drivers to plan their routes in advance, taking into account the specified time interval, and strictly adhere to traffic rules and social distancing.
