Bishkek, April 24, 2026 /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstani citizens who officially worked in South Korea and whose salaries were subject to pension contributions are receiving lump sum payments upon their return to Kyrgyzstan.
According to Social Fund, 144 people have applied for a lump sum payment of their pension savings from the National Pension Service of Korea. 107 citizens have already received payments, while 37 are awaiting a decision.
The average lump sum payment was $3,789.
